Q.  Do you ship worldwide?
A.  Yes, we ship worldwide. Please refer to the individual listing to find the cost of shipping as it varies from item to item due to weight. Please note – that some countries have items that are prohibited for import such as Italy – no shoes or leather goods. Please either email me if you are unsure of your countries restrictions or check with your local post office. If a prohibited item is purchased I will contact you for an alternative address or cancellation.

Q.  You used to have items sorted by "Seen On Stars" and "Gossip Girl Trends", can I still find those items?
A.  Yes, on the left of this page, you will see links for those two types of searches, just click on those links.

Q.  Are your items authentic?
A.  Absolutely YES, I detest fake/replica items in any fashion.

Q.  What is your return policy?
A. At this present time we are unable to accept returns unless the item is grossly misrepresented. If so please contact me within 2 days of receipt for return instructions.

Q.  Can I get my purchase faster?
A. Yes I can ship express mail (usually overnight) within the US and Federal Express internationally. Please contact me for cost.

Q.  What forms of payment do you accept?
A.  At the present time all credit cards are accepted through www.paypal.com. Money orders please contact me.

Q.  Can I track my order?
A.  All International sales are sent express mail with tracking. US sales are sent priority mail with delivery confirmation. You will receive an email with these numbers after shipping.

Q.  Am I responsible for International customs fees?
A.  These charges taxes/duty are charged by your home country which I have no control over. Yes these are YOUR responsibility.

Q.  I purchased this as a gift will you ship to recipients address?
A.  Yes as long as the ship to address is in the PayPal payment.
